Facilities
In September 2017 the new and refurbished school building was finally handed over to the school following a £15.9 million project, jointly funded by Denbighshire County Council and the Welsh Government through its 21st Century Schools and Education Capital Programme. Willmott Dixon, the contractors of the development, started construction on site in November 2015.
Ysgol Glan Clwyd are extremely proud of our new school which shows the commitment to Welsh Medium Education within the authority and local area. We very much hope too that parents/guardians and prospective parents/guardians as well as the thousands of pupils that the school will educate over the coming years are also proud of their school.
Following the development the school we believe have excellent facilities which enable us to provide pupils with an education fit for the 21st Century.

Teaching facilities which include large comfortable classrooms, smaller group rooms and break out spaces for pupils to work independently
A dedicated ALN (Additional Learning Needs) centre to support pupils within the most supportive environment
